C1RCA Footwear was started back in 1999 after signing Chad Muska, who had just left eS. C1RCA's first shoe, the CM901 created an instant demand but fell short after the wire meshing on the toe and side panels began to break and unravel, creating a returns nightmare for the brand. Jamie Thomas joined Muska later that year after quitting Adio, but the two both ended up leaving in '04. Today, C1RCA has a new squad and is going strong. Divisions of the C1RCA brand include Circa Combat, a "core" skate shop line and Circa Select, a boutique line with fashionable silhouettes.
